This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including face-to-face sessions, feedback forms, information from the Moneyvest Digital platform, quiz results, submissions, uploads and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

We may collect personal information directly from you in the course of providing our products and services, from our website, via face-to-face workshops and/or directly from you including through our experiential services, Moneyvest Digital platform, events or any other interaction with Moneyvest.

Purposes for which we hold, use and disclose information

We will not use or disclose personal information for any secondary purpose, unless that secondary purpose is related to the primary purpose for which we have collected that information, and you would reasonably expect the disclosure in the circumstances, or unless you consent to that use or disclosure.

The purposes for which we hold, use and disclose information include:

  • if you have a school account, sharing information with your school, teachers and program facilitators;
  • conducting our business, for example when providing you with tailored content and opportunities;

  • to communicate information about our products and services or third-party products or services that may be of interest to you; and
  • for our internal administrative, research, planning, marketing and product development.

 Access and correction

Email subscribers may also update information (name, email address and preferences) through our webforms or email.
