Our Mission
"To provide practical and implementable financial wellbeing strategies to empower change and transform lives."
The Founder

Meet Dominic Aarsen

The idea was born in 2015. Dominic was working with multi-millionaires while his little sister had recently finished high school — the same school he attended, where neither of them had the opportunity to learn anything about money.

Despite money playing such a central role in practically everything we do, we rarely learn about it, talk about it or understand it. Financial stress is the root of many relationship breakdowns and personal challenges, and it limits our ability to achieve our true potential.

Working with lawyers, doctors, business owners, professional sportspeople, tradies, teachers and hardworking people — the message was the same. Money is the only relationship we all have which we don't get told anything about.

The experience of helping multi-millionaires uncovered something very simple: money is actually very straightforward, but it's made incredibly complicated. When you expose people to big words, delivered by intimidating figures in suits, make it seem highly mathematical and ensure it's something not spoken about — it becomes daunting.

Once Dominic discovered this message, he decided to share the knowledge and practical strategies with high school students first. Young people provide the best feedback because they have no filter. Seven years into this journey, working with schools across the country, it turns out many others want to know about money too.

Today, Dominic works with schools, parents, teachers, apprentices, businesses and organisations every single day — privileged to be on this mission to positively impact the financial future of as many people as possible.

Core Principles

The P.I.F. Framework

Every program is built on three interconnected principles designed to create real, lasting change.

P

Practical

At the core of everything we do is making concepts practical, relatable and actionable. Participants can link ideas back to their own situation and implement changes immediately.

I

Implementable

When the ideas are practical and you have the tools to implement them, it shifts from unrelatable theory to transformational changes. Instant benefits create a positive reinforcement loop.

F

Fun

If it's not fun, it's not worth doing. When an experience isn't enjoyable, we disengage before changes have had time to make an impact. We make the journey as rewarding as the destination.

Our Journey

From idea to impact

A decade of building Australia's leading financial education platform.

2015
💡

The idea

Working with multi-millionaires and hearing over and over again "I wish I learnt about money in school" planted the seed. Everyone was asking the same question — "Why don't they teach money in school?"

2017
🚀

First program delivered

Breaking into schools took 10 months of persistence. On 10th November 2017, the first program was delivered.

2020
🌏

Adapting on the fly

A pandemic forced schools to close. We pivoted online — Zoom, Teams, whatever worked — and kept delivering.

2022
📈

Growing in two directions

Tens of thousands of students, staff and parents had now been through the program. Businesses started coming to us too, looking for the same practical financial education for their teams.
