We collect personal information through our website forms and newsletter sign-ups, the Moneyvest Digital platform, email correspondence, phone conversations, event registrations, and from schools and organisations that partner with us. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Our digital platform uses industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers and access controls. Our website and the systems that handle website enquiries are hosted in Australia. Some of the service providers we use store information overseas (see section 6).
We may disclose personal information to third parties who help us run our business, such as providers of website hosting, analytics, advertising, email and newsletter services, payment processing and IT services, and to the schools and organisations we work with to deliver our programs. Our programs are delivered to school students through partnerships with schools. Student personal information is provided to us by partner schools and is used solely for the purpose of delivering the 'Money Confidence' program. We treat student information with the highest level of care and do not use it for marketing or advertising purposes. Our public website is used by people of all ages, and the website cookies and tracking described in section 8 apply to all visitors.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential to make the site work. Others are optional and help us understand how our website is used, improve your experience, and measure and personalise our marketing and advertising. These include analytics, advertising and session-recording tools provided by third parties.

We'll only send you marketing emails, such as Dollhairs & Sense or new editions of the School Leavers Money Bible, if you've signed up for them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
