These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Moneyvest website (moneyvest.com.au) and the Moneyvest Digital platform, operated by Moneyvest Pty Ltd (ABN 63 617 398 777) ("Moneyvest", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Moneyvest provides financial literacy and wellbeing education programs for schools, workplaces and organisations. Our services include the 'Money Confidence' student program, staff professional development, parent/student evenings, the Money Workplace Program, keynote presentations, and access to the Moneyvest Digital platform.
School partnerships are governed by individual agreements between Moneyvest and the partner school. The 'Money Confidence' program pricing, inclusions and terms will be outlined in the partnership agreement provided to each school. Student access to the Moneyvest Digital platform is for the agreed calendar year period.
Workplace program terms, pricing and deliverables will be outlined in individual agreements between Moneyvest and the partner organisation. Programs are tailored to each workplace and may vary in scope and delivery.
All content on the Moneyvest website and Digital platform — including courses, modules, videos, curriculum materials, resources, graphics, logos and trademarks — is the intellectual property of Moneyvest Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Moneyvest content without prior written consent.
Access to the Moneyvest Digital platform is provided to registered users (students, teachers, staff) through partner schools and organisations. Users must not share their login credentials, attempt to access content they are not authorised to view, or use the platform for any purpose other than completing assigned Moneyvest programs.
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as outlined in individual partnership agreements. Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation policies for in-person events (keynotes, parent/student evenings, staff PD) will be outlined at the time of booking. Where an event is cancelled by Moneyvest, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered. Digital platform access is non-refundable once activated.
Moneyvest provides general financial education and information only. Our programs and content do not constitute personal financial advice. We recommend individuals seek appropriate professional advice for their specific financial circumstances. Moneyvest is not a licensed financial adviser and does not provide financial product recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moneyvest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, platform or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Moneyvest in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
